We desire to see a movement of churches planting other churches because it is in and through the church that God brings redemption to His people and the ultimate restoration of all things.  We believe the Church is to be about three things: Worship Community and Mission.

Simple put our vision as the people of Journey The Way is to Love God, Love People, and Turn the World Upside Down.

Love God: To worship God in all of life, uplifting him as supreme in our lives and seeing him, by his grace exalted and extolled in the lives of others. This is not to say that we only worship God in our worship services, it is not to say we only worship God in our Community Groups, but it is to say we worship God in and through all things. For as Creator of all things he is deserving of worship in all things. Indeed he is worthy of all our worship.

Love People: Community is a large part of what we do at Journey the Way. In our Community Groups we fight sin, biblically discuss spiritual things, and build relationships with others to the glory of God. However this is not simply hiding within the walls of the Church rather it is also going outside her walls to the people around us in our every day lives. So loving people leads directly into our mission.

Turn the World Upside Down: Mission. It is true as believers we are on a mission to see God glorified in the redemption of souls. To see his Gospel (good news) proclaimed to as many as will hear, to speak of Jesus as redeeming Savior and reigning King. Our philosophy of mission is this: “To be building relational bridges, which are strong enough to bear the weight of truth.” By this we mean the weight of the Gospel being heralded to those dying and in dire need of Jesus.
